Ringwood Lake Park is a popular park for families, offering a range of activities and facilities. Visitors praise the park for its great playground suitable for all ages, BBQ facilities, lots of shaded areas, and toilet facilities. The park features walking and biking trails around the lake, a bridge crossing, and a children's playground with swings, climbing structures, and slides. There are picnic tables, electric BBQs, and plenty of parking spaces. The park is also popular for sketching, tai chi, and other exercise activities.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
